“License to Party” is a short written and directed by Levi Michaels and Hasan Minhaj for Youtube’s Sketchies 2 film competition.

The theme for the first Sketchies video was to do the following:
1. Create a 3 minute short
2. Integrate the theme of a ‘road trip’
3. Use a musical instrument.
